Sometimes, pictures you downloaded from the net cannot be opened in SAI. This is the part where it gets a bit messy: Sai has a pretty strict guideline regarding the files it can read as texture. Also if you dont have start-sai.exe you should be able to download it from somewhere conf files, but it does the same thing, from experience. You can, of course, manually input the names into the.
